EOTO
Dup-step. Electronic. House.
Michael Travis / Jason Hann
Consisting of Michael Travis and Jason Hann, EOTO combines the sounds of live Drums, Synthesizers, Vocals, Bass, Guitar, and Percussion, through a variety of programs and gadgets, to create a style of music that has been firing up dance floors throughout the US and Canada for the past 4 years (600+ shows). Within their set you'll be taken on a journey through different genres of dance music, including dubstep, electro, house, psy-trance, and glitch-hop. What sets EOTO apart from other artists, in the rapidly evolving electronic scene, is how the music is created. While some artists may spend hours, and days, pre-mixing samples and elements of music for their live show, EOTO uses nothing pre-recorded, giving them the ability to approach each song with spontaneity and 100% live improvisation. CB-3 (Chris Berry Trio)
Live Mix of the Modern and Ancient
Michael Kang
CB-3’s Sound is a mix of the modern and the ancient. Old rhythms from the motherland are played through heavy electronics and otherworldly effects. The electric Mbira developed by Chris Berry, is the only one of its kind and creates a unique and distinctive sound that characterizes CB-3’s original sound. The result is a dubbed out very danceable version of CB-3’s mother-band, Panjea.
Chris Berry’s music got its start in the Ghettos of Zimbabwe where his platinum selling albums featured fusions of Funk, Dance Hall Reggae and African Rhythms. After losing most of his band to AIDS and Zimbabwe’s brutal regime, Chris narrowly escaped Zimbabwe in 2000 and has kept his music alive with his band Panjea ever since. Chris left Africa with the honors of being the first non-Zimbabwean ever to be given the title of Gwenaymbira or ‘one who’s music summons the spirits.’
CB-3’s foundation consists of Chris Berry (Vocals / Mbira / Percussion), Aaron Johnston (Drums) of the Brazilian Girls & Jesse Murphy (Bass) from John Scofield’s Uberjam and original Brazilian Girls Member. The band also features special guests such as Michael Kang (String Cheese Incident), Steve Kimock, Peter Apfelbaum (Trey Anastasio Band) and more!

THE CONTRIBUTION
Americana. Rock.
Keith Moseley
The idea of The Contribution came to Tim Carbone (Railroad Earth) and Jeff Miller (New Monsoon) at The String Cheese Incident’s festival at Hornings Hideout outside of Portland, OR in 2005. The two had collaborated on stage many times, creating sparks on both coasts and many points in between. Phil Ferlino (New Monsoon) was asked to add his unique sense of melody and keyboard expertise. The three musicians embarked on a journey of songwriting and a true collaborative effort was born. Over the course of thirty days stretched out over four years the songs came to life. When it came time to record the songs it was decided to ask Keith Moseley and Jason Hann from The String Cheese Incident to be the rhythm section, a stroke of genius, because what Keith and Jason brought to the table turned out to be extraordinary! In fourteen days time these five friends became a band and the fruits of their labor is the album, Which Way World.

NAILHOUSE
Rock.
Keith Moseley
One of the freshest new sounds in years, newly formed super-group Nailhouse throws four monsters of the modern jam scene into a living, breathing, melting-pot of electric fieriness and incredible improvisational groove. Featuring Keith Moseley on bass (String Cheese Incident), Jeff Sipe on drums (Leftover Salmon, Jimmy Herring Band), and Scott Law (Honkytonk Homeslice, Hanuman) and Gibb Droll (Brandi Carlile, Marc Broussard) on righeous dueling electric guitars, this is a group inspired by and rooted in the idealogy surrounding improv, creativity, and ROCK. Time to buckle up, folks!
